Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be switched to the Limited (free) plan and your existing tours will be fully editable, but creating new ones falls under the restriction of the Limited plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No, refunds are not available. You can use the Limited (free) plan to explore all basic features of the application before subscribing to a paid plan.
Is there a free trial?
There is no separate trial period. The Limited plan is always free and allows you to explore the application with basic features before deciding to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for both monthly and annual subscriptions.
What do the artist and mobile user limits mean?
"Artists on tour" refers to the maximum number of artists you can have on a single tour at the same time. You can still manage multiple artists on different tours. Mobile user limits refer to the total number of people who can access the mobile app across all your active tours.
