Inviting Crew
Share your tour with crew members so they can access schedules on the mobile app.
Inviting Crew Members
- Go to your tour settings
- Click “Invite Crew”
- Enter their email address
- Select their role and permissions
Crew Roles
- Admin: Full access to edit the tour
- Editor: Can edit shows and schedules
- Viewer: Read-only access to tour information
Mobile App Access
Invited crew members can download the GigSheets mobile app and log in to see their tours.
